Eunice is a co-founder and CEO of Dev-Pro Consulting. She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Walden University in the United States. She holds an MBA from GIMPA, a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, and a Certificate in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising. She is transformational leader with over 24 years of consulting experience.

She provides strategic leadership, direction and control for the firm. Eunice is an accomplished Management and Development Consultant who has designed, implemented and spearheaded major national assignments such as the communications strategy for the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy, IEC/BCC National IEC/BCC Strategic Framework for HIV/AIDS, National Health and Safety Campaign, Good Governance, to mention but a few.

She has undertaken several international assignments for organisations such as, AED, Society for AIDS in Africa, World Education, OSIWA and the Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance (Geneva, Switzerland). She is excellent at deploying organisational development interventions; strategic planning and implementation; Research, Monitoring and Evaluation; as well as integrated marketing communications projects. She is a highly sought-after trainer/ facilitator who is passionate about underpinning soft skills with emotional intelligence.

He holds Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Finance and a Master’s Degree in Applied Business Research from the Swiss Business School in Zurich. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, and has undertaken varied management courses. He has over 19 years experience in Functional Organizational Management with specialization in Public Sector Financial Management.

Jesse is a Co-founder of Dev-Pro Consulting, the COO, and responsible for guiding and directing operational programmes and activities of the firm with direct oversight of Portfolio Directors and our team of external Consultants. He is currently responsible for Finance and Administration, providing financial and administrative oversight for the firm.

As a Management Consultant, Jesse has undertaken several national assessments for the Public Services Organizations including the Ghana Education Service, Ghana Health Service, Ghana Statistical Service, the Ministry of Local Government and the MMDAs under the Local Government Service, the Ghana Prisons Service and Fire Service among others. He co-ordinated all three national surveys and evaluation of MMDAs conducted under the Citizens’ Perception of Public Financial Management and Urban Services financed by the World Bank under the local government capacity support project. He has also undertaken several functional organisational assessments for the Ministry Local Government under the World Bank’s FOAT and DPAT programmes for disbursement of the District Development Fund (DDF) and Urban Development Grant (UDG).

He holds an MSC. in International Business from South Bank University, London, a BA in Economics/Sociology from University of Ghana. His speciality is in Human Resource Management, International Finance, International Marketing and Research Methods. He has extensive experience in Organisational Development and Training. He has worked with Ministry of Health, Ghana and London Borough Management Team.

Evans Degboe holds a Post Graduate Certificate in NGO Management and Community Development from the West London College UK – 994 and a BSc. Administration (Business Administration) from the University of Ghana, Legon-1992. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply- London UK-1992 and also Diploma and Certificate form the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry – 1991. Evans is an experienced management specialist with considerable years of practical work having held several senior management positions in both public and private institutions.

He has over 21 years Post Qualification Experience in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development in both public and private sector organizations, particularly undertaken capacity and needs assessment of MDAs and MMDAs at national, regional and district levels.

She holds an MBA (Human Resource Strategy), from the University of North London, and a Bachelor of Laws LLB (HONS), from Buckingham University. She has worked as a consultant on various organisational Change assignments within UK and in Greece and as a personal Development Advisor to Entrepreneurs and Managers of small and medium sized enterprises. She has also taught Human Resource Management and strategic management at Bernard's College, Holborn. She has also designed and delivered seminars and training courses on aspects of Business management. She is currently responsible Finance and Administration, providing financial and administrative oversight.
